Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners. Of these I am foremost.--1 Timothy 1:15.

Above all things, have INTENSE Love for one another.--1 Peter 4:8.

Sanctify the Christ as Lord in your hearts. ... Hold a good conscience.--1 Peter 3:15, 16.

Welcome to the forum, broken:hibye: Look foreward to getting to know you, and as Isomam said, if your name implies how you feel, then be assured it can be healed! :hug:We have all come through that dark passage and out into the true light of God and his son, Jesus.:read: Jesus said his load was light, and it truly is.:read: We must free ourselves first, from all those heavy loads which were stacked upon us whilst following men.:( Let us know your story:coffeeread:

RE: welcome, broken

Hello there dear br. or sis. broken ... hug and wave inserted here :)

Your name says so much to me as well, especially as my original 'name' here was bruisedreednotbroke ...

My dear hopeful to be 'friend' so many of us here have no doubt gone through what you are experiencing or feeling so please do feel that you are ever alone, and if you need to 'talk' please feel free to do so as no one will 'judge' you ... that is what we are 'here' for ... 'to encourage one another 'all the more so'' ...

A good scripture (there are so many aren't there?) to reflect upon when these feelings of 'brokenness' feel overwhelming to us is Psa 34:18 ...

(ASV) Jehovah is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart, And saveth such as are of a contrite spirit.

(BBE) The Lord is near the broken-hearted; he is the saviour of those whose spirits are crushed down.

(CEV) The LORD is there to rescue all who are discouraged and have given up hope.

(ESV) The LORD is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.

(GNB) The LORD is near to those who are discouraged; he saves those who have lost all hope.

(GW) The LORD is near to those whose hearts are humble. He saves those whose spirits are crushed.

So dear one ... even when you are 'alone' always try to remember no matter how hopeless it may seem, that you are NEVER EVER ALONE!!

Someone is ALWAYS WATCHING over you and when the TIME IS RIGHT for the BEST RESULTS something will happen to let you know that the spirit is indeed upon you and the angel that is around you will make you know that you are indeed on our heavenly Father's mind and heart!!

Looking forward to hearing from you when you feel you can talk ... until then please read all the love and and experience of faithful brothers and sisters that are in abundance here and hopefully someone's words and expressions of faith will be of encouragement and a balm to your spirit!

Much Christian love, your sis in the faith ... BR :)
