RE: Mobile Billboard Advertises The End Of The World

We are in the Last Day for sure. God makes it known to His people in Spirit, and they know. He warns them, just as He sent angels to warn Lot, and also Noah. He has very recently asked me..."are you ready?"

I prayed to God and asked Him, "am I ready for what Lord?"

and I got this message...an answer to my prayer.

Something strange happened to me just last week. I got a small tract in the mail. It was adressed to me, but had no return adress, only the enitials J.C. I never put my address on anything online. I use a fake name even. Here is what the small tracts message said...

"ARE YOU READY TO DIE?"

A sudden phone call informed me that my sister-in-law had died. She did not want to die, but she was ready.

There are two kinds of people in this world: those who are ready to die, and those who are not ready.

Each human being has an appointment to die. God says in the Bible , " It is appointd unto men once to die but after this th judgment..(Hebrews 9:27)

Death is certain, and judgment is a reality.

Like my sister-in-law, I'm ready to die, for I am ready to meet god. One day I realized I was guilty of sin, "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23)

Then I heard the good news that Christ loved me and died on the cross for me. Yes, Jesus took my sin and thus satisfied God's judgment on sin so that I could be forgiven. Romans 5:8 tells us that .."God commendeth His love toward us, that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

I invited Jesus to become my Savior and through that act I became ready to die. On the basis of God's Word, I have perfect assurance that when my life on this earth is over, I am going to heaven to live forever with my Savior, for the scripture says that whoever believes on Jesus Christ has everlasting life. (John 3:36)

Would'nt you like to be ready to die and meet God? Your life on this earth is very brief. "What is your life? It is like a vapor that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away" (James 4:14) It is short and uncertain; however, everyone will live forever either in heaven with God or seperated from Him. "Your iniquities have seperated you and your God, and your sins have hid His face from you" ( Isaiah 59:2 )

Today you need to decide where you will spend eternity. You can spend eternity in heaven if you turn away from your sin and receive Christ as your Savior. Then you can face death fearlessly, for your hope will be in Christ. If you are willing to accept Him, pray this prayer:

"DEAR LORD JESUS, I WANT TO BE READY TO DIE AND MEET YOU I ADMIT THAT I HAVE DONE WRONG AND AM A SINNER. I BELIEVE YOU SUFFERED AND DIED FOR MY SINS AND YOU AROSE FROM THE DEAD. RIGHT NOW I ACCEPT YOU AS MY SAVIOR AND WANT YOU TO CHANGE MY LIFE. THANK YOU FOR SAVING ME AND GIVING ME EVERLASTING LIFE, AMEN"

I AM READY

Not too long ago, He gave me a dream...where I was standing in line to see a concert. Everyone there was wearing white T shirts, and on the back of them it read..."LAST DAY"

These wearing white are ready to meet the Lord.

O LORD, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth.

In 1975 numerous Jehovah's Witnesses left when they realized that the prediction for "The End" was false. I wonder how this will affect those who follow Family Radio.

Mmm I remember that. The disappointment at still being surrounded by the "ungodly" and the embarrassment left many believing there was no God.

May 21st is the big day apparently, and they are expecting a rapture. I wish churches wouldn't do this to people, but there we are.

Well, here we are on May 21 -- the day the world is supposed to end.

Alex Jones in yesterday's broadcast deals with this subject and the "rapture" in general in part 2, from about 3:25 onward.

After consideration, the preacher Harold Camping says he miscalculated ( BBC News: "Rapture: Harold Camping issues new apocalypse date" ) It will now occur in five months time on 21st October.

At least, mercifully, his remaining followers won't have long to decide if he is genuine or not - the WatchTower left people waiting for a further 19 years for "the end" after 1975, and however long again since then.

That calculation of the "day and hour" has been so seductive, but then again such are the dangers of nailing one's colours to the masthead...

Acts5v29

Prayers please for all those of his followers who have been stumbled by this

Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners. Of these I am foremost.--1 Timothy 1:15.

Above all things, have INTENSE Love for one another.--1 Peter 4:8.

Sanctify the Christ as Lord in your hearts. ... Hold a good conscience.--1 Peter 3:15, 16.

Yep, Now he is saying that it was an "invisible" rapture.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/unde..._blog.html

That is right out of the WTBTS playbook.

Funny. In response to the question last week on Yahoo Answers, "What kind of excuse do you think Harold Camping will come up with on May 22nd?" I made the comment:

"I expect him to come up with a similar excuse [to the Watchtower Society] for the failure of his prediction. In fact, if his home and office were raided, I highly suspect that it would turn up old Watchtower literature rather than porn."

Hey, I got 10 points for that! But I am very concerned for his followers. It's just amazing how similar he is to the WTBTS, from Russell on down--doctrines, methods, everything.

It's the "day and hour" thing - there are so few excuses possible for when the prophecy goes wrong (not diminishing your Yahoo comment ).

I don't think they understand the real reason why only God could know the day and hour, if they did they wouldn't try to work it out with mathematics.
