it is certainly valid--children are slaves for the organization. The parents are taught they MUst take the children out in field service in order to be properly brought up in ''the truth'' and then they Make the children go with them and if they don't there are consequences--big ones too as a rule. I see the points being made --I certainly do....

I hope you're right e-magine 'cause I think I'm thinking what you're thinking (smile)

http://www.silentlambs.org/ just in case more facts are needed.

So at least Australia is trying, . . they've written the law, Working with Children Act 2005, but have nothing in place to help the cops enforce it. They've never had to worry about anyone not obeying it, until Jehovah Witnesses decided to excempt themselves. Now we'll just have to wait 'n see!

..

I wonder how God feels about all of this:

Ezekiel 36:20
So they came in to the nations where they came in, and people proceeded to profane my holy name

This reminds me of
"And the (M)dragon stood before the woman who was about to give birth, so that when she gave birth (N)he might devour her child. "

de ja vu? IDK

But it sure seems like a way to devour the children.

I know having experienced it first hand, I am stronger for having survived it.

But I can't shake the devestation of living it.
I can't imagine the poor children that do not have a strong demeanor like myself.

It makes me sad.

BTW I do not mean just the going in field service I mean the total experience and what it can do to a delicate developing child.

we didn't even have it bad, the same type of thing has happened for many difference reasons.

lost parents do not even know what they will be doing to thier children.

at the same time I have had benifits as well.

He has had His "feelings" recorded in the Bible so that we could know and I'm confident that you are also aware of each and every chapter and verse where they can be found.

You make a good point TDM.
